General Terms and Conditions
Hey Rick is an Australian-registered business providing online-based concierge services. We do not operate a business in Indonesia. Our role is to connect you with a trusted network of local suppliers and service providers in various countries, including Indonesia.
All services are coordinated remotely from Australia. Any representation we make on your behalf is as a facilitator or liaison with third-party providers.
Our Role
- We do not directly provide the services (e.g., transport, events, personal shopping, etc.).
- We connect you with third-party service providers from our vetted network.
- We take care to ensure our partners are reliable and deliver high-quality experiences — however, Hey Rick is not liable for the actual performance of third-party providers.
Payment Terms
- Prepayment is required for any and all services booked through us.
- Service quotes will be provided clearly before confirming any request.
- Once a booking is confirmed and paid, it is subject to our cancellation policy.
How We Get Paid
We believe in transparency:
- We may charge a service fee on top of the supplier’s cost — this will be clearly outlined before you agree to proceed.
- We may receive commissions or referral fees from some of our suppliers.
- Some services may be offered through a subscription-based model, which will be detailed at the time of sign-up or renewal.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be refunded minus any non-refundable deposits, third-party charges, and our service fees.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to currency fluctuations or bank fees.
Limitation of Liability
Hey Rick is not responsible for:
- Acts or omissions by third-party suppliers.
- Service disruptions caused by weather, government action, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- Any losses or damages resulting from reliance on third-party services arranged through us.
- We will, however, assist in resolving issues where possible and advocate for you with our suppliers.
Compliance
Hey Rick operates fully under Australian law and does not hold any business registration, licensing, or operational presence in Indonesia. All services are organized remotely and facilitated by third-party suppliers who are responsible for their legal compliance in their jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website with a revised effective date.

Terms & Conditions – Hey Rick Travel
These Terms & Conditions form part of your contract with Creamer International Pty Ltd T/A Hey Rick Travel (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking a holiday, concierge service, or related travel service with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Holiday Bookings
1. Booking & Payment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The final balance is due 60 days before departure.
- Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking.
- Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
- 60+ days before departure → Full refund (minus booking fee)
- 59–30 days before departure → 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before departure → No refund
- A booking fee of AUD $150 per person applies to all cancellations.
- Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended at the time of booking.
3. Minimum Numbers
- A minimum of 4 guests is required for the tour to operate.
- If minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered:
- An alternative date, or
- A full refund.
4. Inclusions & Exclusions
- Your booking includes only the services listed under “What’s Included” on the brochure/website.
- All other costs (including flights, visas, insurance, meals not listed, tips, and personal expenses) are excluded.
5. Itinerary Changes
- All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, transport schedules, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to alter or substitute hotels, transport, or activities as required, while ensuring a comparable standard is maintained.
6. Health & Fitness
- Travellers must ensure they are in good health and fit for the tour.
- Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation if health or safety may be at risk.
7. Travel Insurance
- Comprehensive travel insurance (covering medical, cancellation, delay, and baggage) is mandatory for all guests and must be arranged before departure.
8. Liability
- We act as an agent for local operators in Indonesia. While every care is taken, we are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party suppliers or circumstances beyond our control.
- Guests are responsible for complying with all passport, visa, and health requirements.
9. Passports & Visas
- Travellers are responsible for ensuring their passports are valid for at least 6 months from date of return.
- Any required visas must be obtained before travel.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
2. Concierge Packages / Bali Travel Planning
1. Service Scope
- Concierge packages cover advice, recommendations, reservations, and assistance with bookings.
- Hey Rick Travel will arrange and take payment directly for transport, tours, activities, and additional services booked through us.
- Restaurant and nightlife reservations may be arranged on your behalf; however, all costs for dining, drinks, and venue services are payable directly to the venue.
2. Eligibility & Access
- Concierge packages are non-transferable. Only the registered lead guest may contact the concierge.
- For groups of 6 or more, a customised package and pricing will apply.
3. Communication
- Essential Concierge (Free): Bookings only via email.
- Bali On-Call ($79): WhatsApp support during Bali business hours, with priority response.
- VIP Concierge ($179): WhatsApp support before and during your trip, with 24/7 priority response.
- “Unlimited messaging” applies to reasonable personal use. Abusive, excessive, or inappropriate use may result in termination of service without refund.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
- Concierge packages are non-refundable once service has commenced.
- Pre-trip planning counts as commencement of service.
5. Liability
- Hey Rick Travel does not accept liability for the service quality, safety, or availability of third-party providers.
- We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, accidents, or losses caused by third-party services.
- Concierge support does not replace medical, emergency, or legal services. We may assist with arrangements but do not cover associated costs.
6. Special Requests
- Requests such as private drivers, villa parties, VIP nightlife, spa or beauty treatments, and airport fast-track services are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Important Note: By booking with Hey Rick Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Force Majeure Policy
a) Subject to any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, we will offer you:
(i) to the extent your Tour has not yet commenced, a full credit on monies paid for your Tour or a refund minus unrecoverable costs; or
(ii) to the extent cancellation occurs after you Tour has commenced, a full credit on the remaining days of your Tour or a refund minus unrecoverable costs of the remaining days of your Tour,
for any failure or delay in providing you with a Tour that is due to events beyond your or our control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, accident, riot, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, outbreaks of infectious disease or any other public health crisis, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalised lack of availability of raw materials or energy (Force Majeure Event).
b) For the avoidance of any doubt, a Force Majeure Event shall not include:
(i) your (including other travellers you may be booking for) financial distress nor the inability of you (including other travellers you may be booking for) or us to make a profit or avoid a financial loss;
(ii) changes in market prices or conditions; or
(iii) your (including other travellers you may be booking for) financial inability to perform your (including third parties you may be booking for) obligations hereunder.
c) In any event, we will not be liable for any incidental expenses you may have occurred as a result of the cancellation of your Tour due to a Force Majeure Event
Rick’s Group and all it’s subsidiaries is a proud to hold ATIA Accreditation, ATIA is an industry accreditation scheme that sets the benchmark of quality for the travel industry. ATIA is also responsible for monitoring our compliance with the ATAS Code of Conduct (the Code) and assisting in the resolution of complaints.
